    When this valve is closed turbocharger operates as normally at full power. Have you tried if the turbocharger is partially seizing?

    the turbo looks fine no oil no shaft play and even parked if you rev it up to 4500 or 5000rpm the intercooler pipes wound be solid so there iss good boost its like its just not going into the engine

    Or not getting out, as I said, check the cats not blocked. Always check the turbo boost under load,
    the reading you get when holding the engine at 3000 rpm with the car stationary is going to be totally different from the reading you get when driving the car, get it to about 2800 in a higher gear then boot it, that’s when the turbo really comes into play

    Error code 01262 means clear electric fault. Have you tried to replace the valve?

    when make turbo pressure measurement,see map and other values to see if anything wrong ( car running...)

    Thanks to everyone for all the help i stripped back the loom all the way to the ecu and replaced the wire from the ecu right back to the valce cleared the fault and were going no problem its wierd because contuinity in the wire was grand
