put it all back together and drive it with boost gauge connected and see what the turbo is pumping out

...and after if measurement is not correct, you could connect a vacuum gauge to confirm if valve work correct.

Hi thanks it boosting grand and i done a test on the accuator for the waste gate this one dosen have veins in the turbo it has the wastegate and to move the wastegate you put pressure into this one unlike the veins one which
vaccume opens. intake manifold is clear egr is ok map is ok
maf is ok i am now thinking the ecu myself

Sorry turbo pressure, you could confirm exaust gas circuit, could be damage closed, don?t know if you understand what i mean.
Normally if high pressure,i think car work good until 100km/h and after ecu detects error,go to emergency mode

have you checked the wastegate operates?
i use a mityvac pump to pressure or vac. it & check the actuator arm moves open & closes all the way & smoothly
are you sure this isn't a variable vane turbo though?

no its vane turbo has the accuator in the center of the two housings this is to the side and i had it apart too and its just wastegate flap moves free and put a small amount of air pressure to it and it operates free
