RD45 radio needs to add VIN NUMBER

I got a new RD45 radio, I want to put the VIN NUMBER in EEprom 24128.

VIN = VF7EBRFNE13081252

old vin is not available on the old dump ??? did you del it

I didn't delete it. I bought this radio from China. It's brand new.
