Evoque 2020 stolen returned

Hello i have an evoque that was recovered by police after being stolen. The thieves pulled out wires and battery on the telematics unit, took off the overhead internal light unit and disposed of this.
I have plugged back in the telematics units and put a replacement telematics battery in.
The original key still works to unlock and turn the ignition on.
But as soon as i try to start the car by putting my foot on the brake and pressing start button the instrument cluster turns off.

I have read some codes which i cant clear p16A4 (doesn’t give a description), P0512 (starter request circuit, i think this does clear until i try to start again), U0080 (vehicle communication bus F).

Could anyone help with what to try, could it be the thieves have damaged something? Nothing looks like it has obvious damage to pins, plugs etc.
or is it something like a module needs restarting or reprogramming.

Had same problem on Range Rover Velar 2020, new telematics unit and online programming was my solution to start the car .

Just an update on this if anyone can still help.
I have a better diagnostic tool but still unable to clear faults.
But all the faults seem to be communication faults?? I will paste the faults below.

Body control module has this error………
Vehicle communication bus F - Value of signal protection
calculation incorrect
….. and rear view mirror module signal invalid.

Powertrain control module has this error but it has 4 of them the same…….

Telematics has these faults now….
Central configuration
Invalid /. incompatibler configuration
…. And BroadR-Reach link
Telematics (+) - Open circuit
…… and BroadR-Reach link
Telematics (-) - Open circuit
