    Default Need help for EDC17C64 GOLF 7 1.6 MANUAL TRANS

    Hello,


    Golf 7 1.6 ECU EDC17C64 is completely dead and i bought a used and good same ECU with same ref but automatic gearbox.

    Golf 7 1.6 TDI 105 CV / 77 KW Diesel 2012 - 2025 CLHA
    VIN: WVWZZZAUZFW043950

    NEW USED ECU FULL READ (MICRO TC1797 AND EEPROM) is attached. THIS USED ECU IMMO DATA IS ALREADY MATCHED, CAR START BUT CODING NOT CORRECT.


    I dont have original ecu map and eeprom, i need to code this automatic trans ecu to my car, VCDS doesn't accept coding, its rejected.


    Please anyone can help me for this?


    I need correct files for manual transmission engine, with checksum ok.

    I THINK IT SHOULD BE:
    01110012032405092000

    Your car start...which is mean that immo is OK. Did you flash your new ecu with vw original (manual gearbox) flash file ( .frf/ .sgo file )?
    After that try to make new codding with VCDS.....Many members gave me advice that I don't use new ecu with different type of gearbox than original ecu.
