Default Opel Zafira B new DPF install

    Hi,

I've installed a new DPF on my Opel Zafira B 1.7 CDTi with Denso ECU.
I'm trying with OP-COM to flag the DPF as new, but do't seem to be able to fully succeed.

In the ECU under opcom I can reset most values to zero, but I can't clear the counter on the number of regenerations since DPF installed, nor the percentage for the DPF life remaining.
Actually in programming, I can't enter values, nor change.

Any suggestion what is the best/correct procedure to signal the DPF as new in opcom?
I've tried several versions from Fantomel, and things like the odometer can be changed....

    Thanks

    Hi,
I've noticed the same issue when trying to reset the DPF values on my vehicle using OP-COM. Just like you, I could reset most values, but couldn't clear the regeneration counter or update the DPF life percentage.
Have you considered trying a different or more advanced diagnostic tool like Topdon or Launch? Perhaps someone you know might have access to these and could test if they handle the reset procedure better.
Would appreciate your feedback if you find a solution!
    Thanks.

    I'm currently looking for Tech2 or Tech2Win

Sorry, didn't get any closer to an answer on this....

When removing, I always reset the DPF. TECH2WIN works every time.
