I can't install the update.
I'm stuck during the installation: the START icon isn't working and all the files are in the N/A position. What can I do to fix this?

You're looking for help. They contact you privately, then ask for money. When they receive the money, they disappear. One of these members is PerformanceFS, a Russian man. You need to be careful, and the moderators need to clean the forum of these types of people.
I filed a complaint with PayPal, and I don't want other members to fall into the same situation.
