Default GM 1.58L MAN collant temp value problem

Hello, I have a problem. My vehicle is a Fiat Tipo and the vehicle has a GM 1.58L MAN ecu. The problem is that the coolant temperature sensor data is not correct. There is no problem with the sensor and cables. I measured 5V and GND at the sensor socket. But the temperature reading is not correct. The value jumps from 20 degrees to 130 degrees, even when the car has never started. I changed the capacitor and 10k resistor at the input. the problem continues. when I followed the paths in the circuit, I saw an ic named 45153. I wonder if the problem is this ic? Has anyone had such a problem and solved it?
