    Hi sogaro

Use Xprog-M it will work 100%
just lift PIN1 (VppR) and connect Xprog on MCU pin not board ( guess this is logical for you).
check Frequency of crystal and set in Xprog option "environment" that should be : 2000000Hz or 4000000 Hz.

I have read lots of toyota immo and MB keys with HC05E6 SMD 28 with Xprog-M.

I can help you with key calculation too, if you need for toyota.

Sure my friend i will need the key logic but can you post a real life pix of the connections as am scared stiff of spoiling the chip due to wrong connections.

    UPA CONECTION

    LIFT UP PINS 1, 11, 12, 15 AND 16 OF MCU.

    UPA.............MCU
    1...................1
    2...................11
    3...................12
    5...................28-Vss
    6...................16
    7....................2
    8....................15
    9...................27-Vdd

Choice 2 KHz oscillator it is important.
