Opel delco E98 IO Prog wrong file size

Hi,

I have an insignia with delco E98 ecu.
Someone Flash the ecu for me with stage 1,egr and adblue out.
But now i have a adblue dtc, it says i have 900km left bevor engine doesnt Start.

I bought a io prog and want to roll back to original Software.
When i read Flash an save it the file size is 4.096kb
My original file that was created from the tuner is 4.128kb

Ioterminal says file size must be 0x400000

What can i do? I read this via obd2.

Different programmers read different sizes
It is important that the original file is readable in full, i.e. flash and virtual eeprom


If this is your first programmer and you are new to programming, be careful.

I Made a few ecu with kess clone.
But this is a E98, thats why i bought io prog for Opel.
Can the file be modified for my io prog?

The file looks original
But it is not a full reading, there is a missing eeprom
With this reading you don't have a backup copy
In case of a write error you may lose your ecu
You have Adblue disabled and you have an Adblue error, this is a bad Adblue mod
I suggest going back to the tuner, it won't fix it


If you still want to go back to the original, give the Ioterminal reading

Be very careful with e98....

First at all read and save password... if you don't have shadow password, then you will be in trouble if your ecu is unreadable by odb or bench.....
