Just Uninstall Insite, Delete c:\Intelect (ALL FILES) c:\Intelect should be gone!
    Empty Recycle BIN
RUN CClean! Registry Cleaner x3 Until there is no more Problems to be fixed (DO A REGISTRY BACKUP EVERY TIME IT ASKS YOU TO Make a new one EVERY TIME Do Not Overwrite the old ones) (Free software Just google it if you do not know what it is)
    RESTART THE PC!
Once you are back into Windows XP Run CClean once more to be sure everything was cleaned right
Try and install Cummins 7.3 Now

Here are the links for Cummins 7.3 (Thank You EngineTech for the links!)
