    Default Starview 6 help needed

I have just bought a HD starview box and have tried to set it up but it only gets a few channels which work and the others have been found but have no signal. Is there a way to get all channels to work without new software being downloaded onto it ? thanks

    Default Starview HD Combo

Yes we do have a Starview HD combo, it is brand new, all the channels including pay ones are visible and scanned in but none of the pay ones work they are scrambled. Could it be that the software is already loaded and can be accessed by using the remote or will we need to download some codes or software , if so from where.

    Can anyone help ?

check the stickies above in the combo section firmware and guides there
also as the combo is cable and satellite then it helps to say what you are connected to cable or sat
and with all the areas going off at present it also helps to say where you are about just incase your area has gone to N3
    cheers alex
