I have a similar problem with my DM800HD. When switched on the display shows "Error". With a serial cable I try Dreamup and get the message "No CA found...". With the enforcer I can try to flash but get the message "File too big" even if it is the smallest file I can find.
    Any suggestions?

Can't understand why you guys are trying to flash the file through dreamup, you just use the patched version i posted a few weeks back and connect null modem connect to dm800 this will then put it in flash mode display the ip of the router you are connected to then on pc type the address displayed on lcd and flash..

    Hi Bubbels69
I have already tried a patched version that did not work. Where can I find yours? I have searched for it but been unable to find it.

The patched version I used was called
    DreamUP_patched_by_forhike_and_natas.exe.
Is it the same one you posted?

When I use this patched version of Dreamup, I get the message about NO CA FOUND and I cannot flash. When I click on OK Dreamup disconnects. Dreamup shows the same IP as the lcd.
    What else can I do?

all you use dreamup for is for the first boot,

    click connect
    power on box
    wait for it to initialise

once ip is displayed on dream box don't touch anything else on dreamup that is all you need to touch,

go to pc or laptop that is connnected to same router as dreambox then type ip 192.168.**.**

the flash thats it fixed.. i have done many no ca for people..

I have done exactly as you say but explorer cannot connect to the box. I just get a mesage about site not found.
I have tried it from 2 different PCs.
    Have you got more ideas?
