vauchall 1.7 tdci

totally stuck on my car now cannot get it to start so heres what is going on
oil light comes on and goes out
esp light on
car with spanner light on
fuel gauge goes to half then drops to 0
no starter ( a relay clicks on engine fusebox)
fully charged battery with 90amp slave using welding cable jump leads.
have changed complete fusebox checked everything in sight now im stuck.
cant find ecu only a circuit board in fuse box and a load of connectors in boot
have read every thing i can find on net but no answers. have seen article on cim unit but indicators lights etc all work.
so now im stuck have

if it was my motor m8, i would buy an opcom interface from ebay, this will prob tell you exactly what the error is.

As HGV_DIAG suggests: get it scanned and you'll have an idea what to look for. In general, check all earth points.
