dm 500 hd and astra 28 east

hi guys
can anyone explain to me why in the dreambox tuner config , i only see mentioned hot bird 13e , astra 19e and nothing else?

i ll try to explain myself a bit better.. I m in the process of installing a triax td88 here in dublin, with 3 lnbs attached, 1 for 13 19 and 28 respectively.

the instruction for the multiblock say to place one lnb for 13 at 10.9 cm , astra 19 at 3.3 and astra 28 at -7.2 cm ( for dublin)
what happens instead is that the lnb for 13 picks up 19, the one for 19 picks up 13 and the one for 28 picks up nothing

the problem is that when i go searching for channels on the dreambox there is no option for 28 , do i need to type everything manually or what?
