The programmer I started to build me so I was disappointed because my unit is not working, and I do not know why I asked something to the other forums if you and me that the unit is not about them. If something and post it***39;s just the best intention.Na this plate more than two pins by dsub25 has another jumper who needs to do to get power ATMEGA.
Dimitar is right.I have a lot trouble with this PCB as it has a lot of mistakes and is far from originala.No waste your time with this.

Now I remembered, do you think of the adapter upa-usb. I once accidentally set your pcb for that really did not know who the author is a ti me criticize the forum like I really did something terrible.

These adapters I personally drew the name of the author and do not have to stress, and some good will come along with this programmer.

Ah yes the ETL Programmer. The best money I have ever spent. Amazing Product which never fails and the best customer service you could ever imagine to receive, I very highly recommend ETL and there product. Anyone thinking about buying the ETL, dont think about it, just do it, you definitely wont regret it.

I have 2 clonned etl 705, but not worked well
any idea about to repair it?????????
even, it read just eeprom not flash.
plz more advices!!!!!

Hello,
I have a clone ETL 705 programmer that i bought to do one job only (honestly) otherwise i would have bought an original like the all the others.
Anyways,
I cannot seem to get it to work..
Im running windows xp, (tried on another machine running 98), It uses the LPT port, however i cant seem to get any activity on the data transfer LED on the board.
There are 3 LED's next to the jumpers, 1,2,3
When powered up, LED 1 is red, LED 2 is not on, LED 3 is pulsing in 4 stages of brightness....
I thought, maybe the dump is no good or curupt, so i tried reading the ATMEGA8515 16PU with UPA, however is returns blank (00). So i tried to program with good dump, the UPA returns success, however its still 00 in all cells....

Whats going on???
This one job is turning into a mission!

What LPT cable use to this programmer? 1:1 or some special? Programmer have only 5 wires.

Try 1:1 reading led not flash., have some info in eprom areas, but not correct.

Use dell 610 with LPT, on ibm at all not works
Both with xp

What pc you using guys? And have working solution?

ok, result is

dell 610/600
win xp sp3
LPT1

on ETL change crystal, and reprogram atmega, and start work
with IBM t30 not working, but still trying.

Is there a correct configurations bits for Atmega8515.I tried to fix my programmer with a description of the Bram380
image but without success.When i connect the controller to the power 1 and 2 LED does not light up at all.LED 3 after 1 second glowing red while, and turns green.And that's all.
