First you should check in the buying from china sticky.
I just bought a Tacho Universal from china I bought it through alibaba which is an escrow service. The first one I ordered was not sent within three days so the order was automatically cancelled & the credit card refunded. The second order went through no problem & I had the goods in three days. The seller is not paid until you agree that the goods are delivered.

Did you try the tool from fcr_online on a full CAN bus car like Citroen C4, C5II?

I bought a clone from China, but it only reads engine data. I have just returned it for a refund.
