Default starview 4 problem with channel names?

Hi all, i have been using my startview 4, for about 6 months with no issues, always kept my box up to date with the latest firmware, i am currently using v1.12 firmware, i live in birmingham uk, and the box strengths are level is 64% and quality 99%.
The problem is just last night a couple of my channels stopped working, so i did the normal thing which is rescan all channels, or sometimes restore back to default and scan again, but this time when i scan i do not get any channel names, instead the names all start with "3000 ...." ive tried downgrading firmware to v1.05 as i cannot find the v1.07 anywhere and still get the same problem, any help would be much appreciated as im not sure how to get channel names back....

Hi mate there's not much you can do because of this so called Nagra 3 the best option will be upgrade to starview 6 or satellite box

no use going to older firmware as sv4 needs v1.12 and if you need to scan always factory reset first and if need be scan all providers to find your provider and enable keycode or emu to on,
