Default Vectra C 1.9 CDTI 150 opcom live data

Hi, my car has a flat spot until 2200 rpm, when it hits 2200 rpm in 2nd gear it goes like a train. Thought to change the egr valve but first I blanked it off completely so that no exhaust gass enters the inlet and the flat spot is still there!

I have some OP-COM live data that I took when car was stationary. First is throttle to the floor, second is throttle gradually pushed.

I tryed running the car with the MAF sensor disconnected and the car is less responsive. It does not accelerate past 2000 rpm in 3rd no matter what.

Also I'm worried about the big difference in the commanded boost pressure and the real boost pressure.
I would be so grateful if someone has some live engine data to compare, or if someone could look at the numbers and see if they're OK.

Adjust the stopper on the vnt? It should iirc closely follow requested boost by about 16-1800rpm. Has the turbo been replaced any time?
ps make all logs full throttle from 1300rpm in 3rd gear or higher

thanks for the reply, I don't know if the turbo was replaced, because I bought the car at 190.000km. Will do the logs as you said and come back with the results.
Do you have a link/file to graphs/logs for me to see as a refference?
Whats the stopper role on the vnt and how do I adjust it?

    Hi, was there any dtc's?
i would leave the turbo adjustment alone for the moment and fix the actual problem, very rare you need to adjust turbo actuator unless someone has been fiddling.
is there any smoke? what colour?.
Sticking EGR can give your symtems, remove and make sure its siting on its seat flush, use a lamp to shine in one hole and that can help to see if its slightly open.
choked inlet malifold can give same results.
check all induction pipes for splits.

thats something to go with for now.
    regards

Obviously only adjust this if needed, I asked was turbo replaced because I've had to adjust this on a few vag recon turbos, seems to be alot of men with turbo balancing machines now !

yes i see your point, you can buy those turbo machines at machine mart, just look under shot/sand blasting

Came back with some more graphs.
There are no DTC's present, no smoke from the exhaust. I've, cleaned, blanked and disconnected the egr and the flat spot is still there. Did check the hoses and they seem OK.

So here are the graphs, In 4th I was only able to accelerate till 2400rpm because of traffic...

Cheap afm also? If it misses I would also pull the plugs off the injectors and look for one or two of them black and burnt.

Vauxhall do injector loom repair kits as suggested look for open pins or burnt connections.

If the cat was partially blocked would there be any warning lights on the dash? It has a DPF that regenerates at roughly 800 Km I don't think it's tha dpf.

I also suspected the AFM but could not get a temporary replacement to test and tryed to disconnect it to see if the car would drive better. But disconnecting it made the car more less responsive, in fact in 3rd it would not go over 2000 rpm no matter what.

I've recently changed all injector plugs because of poor connection on one of them.

Looking at the graphs I notice that after the boost pressure hits max it then starts to decline. Is this an indication of air leak at the induction manifold/hoses?
