What Xentry will show you is this...

My Xentry won't show that. When I have selected car in xentry it continues like DAS. It show DAS developer warning and then it is like das? Shoud Xentry look like DAS in it's back ground? I'dont know do my xentry work correctly?

But you are diagnosing a car that isn't part of Xentry but DAS. In this case even if you start from Xentry, it calls DAS and everything you see is "plain old DAS". The developer mode there is dependent on the DAS key, not the Xentry key.

No you didn't understand.

DAS is for the older cars, Xentry for the newer cars. It doesn't work with more cars just with newer cars.

If you run Xentry and you select a car that is not supported by Xentry, Xentry will conveniently open DAS up for you.

If you have a DAS Developer Kit key you will have Developer Key features available. DAS and Xentry are 2 different applications.

Make sure engine is running !!!

In Developer mode you need to go to Entwickelingsdaten - > ansteueringen -> Gesamstliste aller Ansteuerungen

to see how many times brake has been pressed there is a line that says: Bremsenzahler (DJ_GetBrLive)

then 1 line down there you see Bremsenzahler aktualisieren und Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen -> click it !
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

1 line down Bremsenzahler auf beliebigen Wert setzen (DJ_SetNBr) -> click it
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3


then scroll down untill you see the line's :

Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen (DJ_CalcLiveTime)
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

Lebensdauerzahler F neu berechenen und schreiben (DJ_BuildAndWriteF)
Parameter uINBR = 0
then click F3

Log out of SBC !!
log out of verhicle !!

let engine run at least 10 minutes or drive at least 10 minutes

If no coils are damaged , SBC fault code is not AKTUEL nomore

In my W211 SBC ,i am having a "Check Operating Time of Hydraulic Unit". Then i check the actual value for service threshold. "Service threshold limit reached".....


so i used the above guide, and i successfully remove the "Check operating time" fault. But when i check the actual value for the service threshold again, it still show "limit reached".(But no fault codes, no fault message in cluster)

also, i have driven for more than 20minutes after setting, i check the "Bremsenzahler (DJ_GetBrLive)" it still show '0'. Previously it was showing like '5xx,xxx' times..

any help here?

So, does Xentry Dev cover more menu for W204 than Das ?
i wonder why anycar can do except W204..
what i the funcion of Xentry Dev mode ?

Do not worry. If before you had C249F everything is fine.
But if you have C2498 will not work
When you check DJ_GetBrLive it will be -1, and C2498 current and stored.

I think this is same like as you go in dyno mode screen. Try this:

1. Kilometres screen
2. Key position one click (no ignition)
3. push trip reset button 3 times

What else would this module do? It fools the COMAND to stand still. That's why you can play DVDs then. Think about it!

Haft to go back to this. Sorry. I think again my TV module wont work like it should. I think Normaly TV-free module kilss ONLY speed signal to Comand. If I cut out my can bus signals to comand it works just like i told before. Kill all can data between comand and other devices.

So anyone who want cheap DIY tv free module just connect switch between can bus signals to Comand. I think I will install little micro switch in my astray. It shut down comand when you open connection but you can start it again. Then you cluster and steering wheel wont find audio, phone, navi... But you are able to see TV

I dont think that is possible.
