Tips and Tricks using Das Developer edition

I have read this all thread I am still not sure to know the answer to my question.
I onw a W209 CLK 55 AMG with speed limit at 250KM/h. I would like to remove or upgrade it (to 300km/h?)
Is it possible with DAS (w/wout Dev mode), need to have ECU file with 300/no limit, or just change a parameter to ths ECU (how ?) ?

It seems to be different from year of production 2006- and 2006 +
