    Default Programming 29f400 and similar

    Hello I have at this moment xprog-m and upa usb programmer. What is the most reliable tool to read and write this flash? They are tipycal in ecus, and have no tool to read it.

    Anyone can tell his experience. Any adaptor for easier work?

    You must buy another programmer like elnec,or any flash memory programmer !

    Yes I know must buy another programmer, this is why I make question. What???? I only want it to this purpose 29f200 and 29f400 other types seems can be done with the other programmers I have.

    I think cheaper option is willem???
    Best option is Labtool 48???

    I really have not seen working, so need help to decide one.

    Default SmartPRO X8 Programmer

    I've been using SmartPRO X8 and no matter what.
    Software can be updated at any time via online.

    This tool can read and write EPROM 28f200 28f400 29f200 29f400 29f800.

    I use this to read and write 28f200 on BMW ECU DME MS41.1 with PSOP44 adapter.

    Hello m8s, i did buy the Sivava tool , the latest is pcb5 and it would not work. I try to read 93c56 and it says chip read ok but i see just zeros and no data in the buffer tab. i tried also with AB28F200 and no show. Tested hardare and it says "Hardware Error; check Power and connection"
    Sent mails to sivava and got no response, pls help

    I have this prog and work good,check your usb port,cabel and LPT cabel

    Am i supposed to use the usb and the lpt cable together? i felt it was either of both and the lpt more when using external power

    usb port can be extra power supply ...

    attache the picture of the programmer.
    does it have 12V power supply connetor ... ?
