Default I'm tired of my airbag programmer.

i have a Andromeda Research programmer. this thing is giving me nothing but trouble. i'm tired of it..it always gives me read errors. i loss lots of business .. i can't even read H8SX/1721 MCU.
    or some moto chips.

ok guys i need your help i want to get the best airbag programmer money could buy??.. i see lots of people recommending elrasoft devices.

    1. what elrasoft programmer should i get that has support for the most chips? i live in USA so i usually work on japanese cars. and american cars. some european cars.

2.. i want a programmer that will work for new airbag modules like 10 prius with chip H8SX/1721 MCU. basically a programmer that will support future cars.

3.. also a programmer that will do on board reading and writing. i am not good with soldering.

    4. and where do i get the adapters for the programmer? on board adapters.

    thanks for any help

if you dont want to solder why do this work as everything needs soldering at some point
it is simple to take an 8 pin eprom chip off to read it there is nothing complicated in doing that ,why do you want to clip on to the chips, when you clip on you are powering up other items on the board and this can lead to corruption on what you are reading and destroying the information before you see it
the andromeda programmer is a load of complications that do nothing really as ive tried one and it was useless change it for something that doesnt work on a dos system there are many around and buying cheap will always lead to problems...... good tools give good results the car prog will read the eeproms on board if you buy the adapters they sell, for the processors remember that they are always covered in varnish or similar stuff so follow the pins you need to somewhere on the board and solder there instead of direct on to the pins and try to remember that you have to learn to walk before you can run
    Thanks
