Fiat km tool from ecutool

Got fiat km tool from ecutool, downloaded software from there site. Installed usb serial port converter, but when run program says "NO dongle found".


There is no dongle included or is the dongle part of the interface?


I know paul12345 has posted more software, that has dongle emulator but as anyone used that software with success?

I got the same fiat tool from ecutool but with dongle, you should recieve the dongle also, ask ecutool.

Think they've had a price drop recently maybe they've stopped sending dongles hence price drop????

Theyve definately had a price drop m8, but you expect to get whats in the picture.


Ive sent them an email, so lets see what they say. But in my experience they usually dont reply.

I will give them 48hrs to reply, then probably open a paypal dispute. Ive bought that many things from them, im a dealer member and never had any issues like this.

I've already opened a paypal dispute although I know they will not do anything as it wasn't brought off ebay.

Just downloaded the software from ecutools site again...

They've changed it, now its the version I provided including the keygen!!

The same byte for byte.. Already sent the software - keygen in the paypal dispute saying this software does not work with the cars so I hope you dont send it me.

You would of thought they tested it on a car before releasing it

Just emailed a load of sellers on ebay to see if theres come with the dongle and asked if they can provide the dongles seperate.

i emailed a guy from ebay who had positive feedback for fiat km tool. And asked if his had a winliscence he said it didnt but the dongle was part of the interface.

Asked him to give me a link to software but he never replied it was probably ecutool, they never reply to emails also.

ive sent another email to ecutool saying software opens but doesnt communicate with car. told them i want the dongle version if they dont reply, i wont be buying anything from them again.

Im not holding my breathe for there reply.

Just thought id let you guys know, i just googled fiat km tool, and guess what came up first this thread.

Hopefully it will make ecutool either refund us or exchange it to the one with interface and dongle that worked.




And stop other people buying a tool that doesnt work.

Email there support email and tell them, also start a paypal dispute telling them it dont work.

See if we can get them to send the dongle or refund the money and stop them selling the version without the dongle!!
