    Hi friend.
Upa is able to read it.
You must do like it tells in the pdf, booth pins connecting to the UPA wire number 6.
After that you must go to the connections menu and see the connection that are with red color.
If you have red color it means it is not ok to read so you must start to lift the pins.
For example, if you have TXD at red you must lift TXD pin from the MCU. Try one by one until all connection appear green.
This MCU you can read in the circuit.
    Best Regards,
    Nuno

    Hi nuno
Thanx very much for the tip i didnt know about lifting pins when reads red, very usefull,so basically lift the pins that are red, could be any pin, also since there are 9 wires to solder, and the ic is a fine pitch,do you recomend any solder pins,or a best way to solder these wires to the board, thanx again.

When you lift pins you must connect the programmer wires to them. Its the same thing but you will weld the wire to the lifted pin and not in the board.
Tomorrow at work I will take a picture to an MCU I must read with lifted pins.

    Nuno

Is it possible to read MC68HC05X16 with XPROG-M?
If possible, is it in-curcuit or on-board?
