fast zapping dream box dm500s

Hello i am in a spot of bother i have a dream box DM500S with nabilo image and the lip synk keeps going out.I would like to know how to disable fast zapping i can find it in expert set up but am unable to turn it off.Please can anybody help its doing my head in now.

just highlight fast zapping by going to it with your remote control ,then press ok on fast zapping and the little green tick will disappear.

Thank you for your reply on disableing fast zapping i go in to expert set up scrool down to enable fast zapping but it does not give me the option to enable or disable fast zapping.When it is highlited.I have the nabilo image blue star11. My old software used to let me do it but this wont is there another menu i have missed ?
