Chipping via OBDII?

Is it possible to change map files for my 1.8T VW Passat via OBDII or do i have to solder ?
I do own a 1.8T ANB Engine.

Depends on model year and interface used.

If you have KWP2000 or KWP2000+,on chiptunawarehouse com you can load ME7 flasher,this was designed to read and write ME7 ecus,which where a bit complicate to some interfaces.

The download is free,and work with all original and cloned KWP2000 interface
