can some 1 tell me please what is the best software to edit mileage for car whithout reading eeprom and if you alrady got a dump from clock please.

It is no important the software. But I have been using several months ago "Hex comparison". But no problem you could use anyone.
An advice: One time is enougth to post, if you post several times same issue, you chances to reply will low........

You can try this:
IC-Prog Prototype Programmer, programs : 12C508, 16C84, 16F84, PIC 16F877, 24C16, 24C32, 93C46, 90S1200, 59C11, 89C2051, 89S53, 250x0, PIC, AVR , 80C51 etc.
It's simple... And free!
