Friend's 2006 Honda civic immobilised after car battery replaced?

His Civic won't start after replacing his car's battery?His remote door locking still works,his dash lights up with ignition and the green immobiliser key is flashing on his instrument panel,anyone know any common faults with these?Thanks.

Check communication with ECM and check DTC's on ECM. Probably reversed the polarity and cooked a fuse or even the ECM.
