Default Honda CRV 1999 IMMO OFF

Hi guys, i have in the workshop a Honda CRV 1999 and i need immo off because the red key are lost and the immobilizer code reader unit is bad. The car crank but not start and the immo light is blink.
In my country, Argentina, the immobilizaer code reader unit or Solutions like Doctronics Mobilizer FX01 dont exist in the market.
    The ECU model is 37820-PHK-Q51 / 1265-107448 1I28.
The ECU have the immobilizer board FX01 inside.
Also, the ECU have a 93c46 EEPROM inside.
Please tell me if exist any solution to the problem like immo off dump or how to bypass the immobilizer.

    Thanks in advance!

    Best regards from Argentina!

    Hola.
Lee la memoria 93c46, mandame un privado con el archivo leido o sube el archivo al foro y te paso los 32 digitos para armar un transponder que te arranca el vehiculo.
    Saludos.

I think this is the OKI board we are all talking about.
The word on the Meat, I mean, street, is that the immo light will stay on though.

I usually edit the rom to disable the immo on that. Does removing a board in there really work? I'd be surprised but Doc's little pulser thing seems to work.
