use ad900pro to copy key, not programm a new key, I mean you have to have the original key, and with this original key to copy a new key. So, it is impossible it will not programm all keys, you have to make sure you have the original key and make sure you operate is correctly.

precoded chip means a key with transponder, Transponder keys are factory-made accessories that come with a car and provide for radio transmission between the car and the key. This radio transmission allows for a key to be programmed to only start a specific, individual car,

and normal blank key has not been programmed, can crank a car. It can take more than 30 minutes for the car key transponder to align itself with the system of the car, as the electronics within the car reset.

How can make new key?
Can i use Zed-Bull? or VCDS?
I need PIN CODE?

ZED bull have not function for immo 4 on this golf, if you have right, new and unused T23 ID48 transponder, only adapt this key with VCDS, in immo box with addres 25 .......
