The window is possability the switch was 'collapsed' have to be vague
but what happens is a 'lip' press the button to work the window, this 'lip' breaks off, so there is no pressure to work the window.

50 quid from stealer, save old switch can be used to repair the next one and make lots of money for noting

M-H-M in these circumstanses would disconnect one thing at a time and see if it likes it.

e.g. unplug drivers door and see if it just say

'door missing, love DK long time' or the same faults, dude.

Had a Zafira B today, car came in to erase crash data. Had no comms with airbag, instruments, underhood electrical centre, rear electrical centre.
After checking fuses in the boot had comms and job completed.

So double check rear fuse box.

On the Vectra-c there are two lines of attack. if the CIM is new and has been programmed in correctly.

    1) Check fuse 10 in the fuseboard on the end of the dashpanel ( box cover has the airbag sticker on it)

    2) Cars made before 2004 have been known to have faulty ABS module connectors. The module is fine, but the connectors can be dodgey due to dirt / corrosion.
They need to be checked over, and to have their pins cleaned. also ensure that the pins and connections are secure.

Canbus faults can be hard to find.
Normaly i disconnect one by one the modules that are on that netwerk and look if communication then is possible.
I would start diconnecting left door module or right door module first.
If that not helps I measure the voltage on High/Low wires on that network
I measure High to -, Low to - and between High and Low

    1) aircon read the a/c pressure in live data (if it has it)
    2) strip the rear switches, have to be vague:

Imagine a woman's high heeled shoe*, as you lift her toes the heel, 'dig in' simular with the switch, except the 'heel' breaks, try poking the mebraine with a blunt object

    * No got an EEPROM fetish though.

Try disconnecting one ecu at a time (the ones on the low can) and scan after each disconnection.
