The mcu is 68HC908AZ32, so I figure you could google the datasheet for the pinouts.
BTW, which resetter are you using? I have the uusp and the adapter it came with doesn't have pads for an 80-QFP, so my next plan of attack is to find the corresponding pads from the adapter and adapt it to the 80-pin... seems like a lot of work--at least for the first time... even then, not sure that it will work. Not even sure if I can get as far as reading the dump....
