Diagnostic tool for Hako citymaster 2000 (where to purchase/buy from ?)

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can give me an advice where to buy a diagnostic tool for the vehicle mentioned in the title. Here's link from the machine:

We would like to be able to solve the following issues:
1. Before an oil change, after opening a cover or after moving the driver's seat (a switch is getting turned on), the indicators on the console are blinking to indicate that further action is required. However (e.g.) after the oil is changed, the indicators continue to blink. We would like a tool which will enable us to turn off the signaling indicators. In other words to clear the error codes.
2. We would like the tool to be able to diagnose the ECU from the vehicle and let us know if something is not working properly. In other words to perform a general diagnosis.
3. We would like to use the tool on more than one vehicle, since we have several in our inventory. It is desirable, but not mandatory, to be able to diagnose other types of Hako vehicles as well.

I have read the forum rules and I wasn't sure if I should post in the "Help and discussion" section, but after browsing couple of threads I've noticed people there were posting with more concrete hardware/procedure issues that they were having, so I've decided it is better to post in the "Diagnostic/Workshop" section. Please let me know if I should move the thread someplace else.

I've noticed two options. One is with yellow (or blue) casing and the other is with red-grey casing. Most of them were with 2014.R software but some had 2015.R3 and 2016.00 versions. Would it be fine if we get one with newer update?

Found them on ebay and aliexpress but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the links publicly in this thread. I'll PM you and edit this post if I'm allowed to post them. It might be useful if someone wants to view them later.

I've noticed this device says "same function as TCS". Can we do the diagnostic with DS 150e? We need to order the DS 150e anyway and it would be great if it works with the Hako. We would really appreciate your opinion on this because when I ask the sellers on ebay/aliexpress, most of them are just resellers and they either say "see the description" or "we'll ask our supplier" after which they say the supplier doesn't knows as well.
