Default EX6000SD dead after USB update

    Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and just seeking some help please.

I've just received a new EX6000SD. It came with the stock firmware so joined this forum to download the following:-

    - Eurovox EX6000 Nov 25th Update from KURO

I updated via a USB stick, the box recognised the update automatically and installed it. Once it was complete I switched off the box, I've now attempted to turn it on 30 mins later and all I get is four green lights flash across the front of the unit display from right to left....then nothing!

No buttons are responding, there is no picture, the TV doesn't appear to receiving any signal, effectively it's as though the box is not powering up. Just four green lights then nothing.

I'm a bit worried the update has killed the box. Any advice on how to possibly fix this please? Would really appreciate useful tips.

Just to add, I've always been a bit confused by the Eurovox clones and originals (had two original Max V's in the past)...this unit has REVOLUTION EUROVOX 6000SD on the front of it? Let me guess, I've got a dodgy copy box?
