Need some help with Clio 172 2004

Hi everyone! Im very happy joining your amazing forum

Im trying to get the ecu file out of my 2004 renault clio 2.0 172
using galletto 1260 (tried with a different cable 1250 aswell)

i get some info of the ecu reading it as SIRIUS 34 EURO 4 29F400BB -> CLIO RS 2.0 16v 170cv

Then i order to save the file and everything looks great, take like 2-3 minutes to save the file but the resulting file is really small (32KB) so when i load it on ECM it find the checksum but says no info, and any data appear.. tried few different drivers but doesnt work.

Do you think the resulting file is ok even being so small?
I have to remove any fuse?
any idea is welcome and sorry for my english
