RULES - STOP Hunting Our Work

Dear Members and Mods,

Maybe this topic will sound so silly to some of us here, but really it started to get much worst now.

The forum now is considered a good place for hunting solutions and efforts, I don't have a clue that the solutions are being resold again but some of my friends informed me that some solutions from already exist on e-bay!!

I think it's time to drop the pen and think about this business, because now many of us are lossing the chance to work in a good shape because of fishermen and hunting of solutions.

An example,

On Digital Kaos, here is a topic:

On another Forum, Here is the same topic from another member and i'm so sure of this, because the topic poster on DK has the same Nickname in all forums and i have seen him in many places. The second image also gives a proof.

Taking into consideration that the question of the post is simple, it gives us an idea that even tiny things are being hunted.

I believe it's really the time to set rules, because key players on the forum started to get annoyed and they are not considering being here again.

Any empty community is a dead land!

We all help each other, what i dont agree with is other peoples work being sold on ebay or posted on other forums as smirnoff says.

The Answer on the other forum was on the next day 17/07 not by me off course.

For me i see the following, The original post has been made on the other forum, by a user and it was copied as it is to Digital Kaos by another user, taking into consideration that the DK user exists in the other forum with the same nickname and Avatar as i mentioned above.

I'm not fighting with the poster, i'm defending my point of view that our work is now hunted and i don't really believe in helping people now as i'm not sure that my efforts go to whom they may help.

Again, i don't have anything against the poster, this is only an example

As i said above, i don't have a clue that my work is being sold on e-bay, but i know professional members on DK who stopped participating because their work are being sold on Ebay.

Again, my point is not to offer the help for money, i'm not saying or meaning this by any mean

What i'm seeking is to find solutions to reduce the hunting of our work.

I will ask you a question,

How many times you helped members and they never get back to you with results? i bit it's more than 60%

Ain't something weird to think about?

Another example,

When you first open the forum in the morning and you see one user is posting 5 topics asking for 5 different immo off solutions of 5 different cars, ain't something weird?

would be more concerned that more than one member of DK has been looking at other 'forums'

using other members answers in another website is taking the piss, but actually not directing that member of another site in need of help to DK is taking the piss even more.

Must admit, never talk about DK, not even to 'friends' family and work colleges, don't want them knowing what i post on here

I know it's really hard to control this my friend, and it needs lot of efforts.

But at least add protection to files provided will limit the case somehow.

It's not a 100% solution, but it's something to limit the hunting.

Let me ask you a question, you are a MOD here, do you conduct some sort of queries on topics and answers by single user?

I mean, do you evaluate the GIVE and TAKE ratio to each user, or even a sample of users?

There is no balance at all. Maybe this is not an indicator, but it helps understanding the situation.

I have to admit that i knew many good people from here and they are now on my MSN, it's really so much fun to chat with them all the time and also to share the ideas and even private things.

But if a big number of DK users act the same way as i did, the Forum will be empty.

I'm so much believing that good relationships are built of cross-benefits, which is logical, the much i give the much i take, Right?

if a member posts only 5 posts but downloads 50 files is he a leach or interested in how the files work and as he learns he starts helping others later ?

in 40 POSTS he helped other members, in 60 POSTS he got help from others

I see this is fair.

But what if:
in 5 POSTS he helped other members, in 95 POSTS he got help from others

Sure for the 5 posts he helped others with, he had the solutions from the 95 posts he got help from.

You won't to believe, but sometimes I do this and if someone is saucy, I wrote something to him or just report post...

is there a forum of this size u know where this dosnt happen .. theres no way we can read every post and at the same time work out lechers ,, if u think theres one press the report button

Becafeful what you say about leechers, I only joined to leech one file (you uploaded it), look what happened. 3244 post, forum supporter, VIP member in less than a year!

Not to mention hi-jacker of other peoples threads!

The other way would be to 'delay' peoples decodes,cleared immo-off etc files, from being able to be downloaded, but that would really piss ppl off.
