I made one for my self and worked great, do you want me to make one for you and you can try it? After creating the file you need save and export the user xml to your documents, open sis and import user id. Just let me know what you guys need and I will help all I can.

To work offline you need the data disks not just the updates, STW 2009b, rerr disks, data disks are all here on DK It's free so go for the whole deal the ,CBT is wonderful the first time you use it you will be hooked. If you need help just ask.

Thanks again for that info.I have 2008a install and data I think and have a gen RERR0010-51 disc as well as the 9 DVDR0001-51 discs that are working with a friends 2008a SIS that was mine with other programs that he needed,so am trying to start again rather than swap all our programs around.I am not sure if I have enough to make it work and what my discs are as in are they data or just updates.I know the login for the other setup but it does not work on this setup. col

Does the admin userID/pass work to make a user id with your SIS? And are you clicking on the SIS user admin and inputing the user/pass there? If it don't work on yours can you try your friends to try to fix it. Personaly I would upgrade to STW 2009b and start over, I know it's a lot of work but you have done more work to get 2008a going.

Hi again RS none of the ID,s or PW,s work with this setup the other one works fine but I did not install it as we bought pc with programs on it and working some time ago and all I know is that it is 2008a and works with jan 09 discs which it asks for when you select a particular model. If I change to 2009b or c I will need all the 11 discs I think for it.My download speed is not great and a bit costly at present so was trying to use what I had on hand.Regards again col

you just have to open them and reverse lookup the hashes

use this dealer account to generate your own user and pass files.

    user: DECAT
    pass: GURCNCPW
    Thanks mate.
