I hawe done that but when give to read car the interface restart and I hear the usb disconect and conect back sound and led on interface show like it disconect and reconect.

I not understand what hapens or maibe problem on car? I test on xc90

it has sd card that can store last 10 vehicle diagnostics.
I comunicate using blutooth or cable .
the only problem is that it is very expensive to get online software downloading .
so I need to use it without this function .

I had 2 units with the same serial number as yours, both worked for few days and then did the exact same thing as yours, i was able to return one of them and get my money back (I lost $100 in shipping fee) and the second one, i sent once to seller (paid $100 shipping) to repair, but they sent it back with the same problem, so i sent it back again to them (another $100 shipping) for a replacement or refund, if they ever answer my emails again!!!!

So conclusion is your tool is probably a paperweight now as mine were.... your best bet is to return it and get a refund.

The ignicion apear only when go to diagnosis menu...
These is brand new from china...
Once I hawe test a V70 and it vas all ok now try on XC90,S80 and not working always look like i remove interface from obd and put it back.
The led from "USB com status"blink for a second and after that all led go out and back again like I remove and insert back obd conector to car.
Can these problem come from laptop too?

My buddy has a cloned DICE unit, it works ok, but occasionally he will have to try and read the VIN a few times before it works properly , low battery charge is aother issue he faces.

There is also the fact that it is voltage sensitive, when trying to diagnose or read, ensure car battery is at optimum level, and try not to start the car too often, voltage spikes may cause the unit to fail. Instead use an outboard car battery charger at low/trickle charge, it should give the battery some juice ( 11.5V )
