put criminals in a nursing home

How's this for a good idea, and it's free of charge !!!!!!!!

In the USA a nursing home can easily cost $5000 a month for the basics and quickly reach $10,000 monthly. For the prisoners I have read reports between $1200 a month to $1500 a month per person.
