Default Where did our Autel Maxidiag FR704 thread go?

I suppose it was just a matter of time. Surprising really it was allowed to run for as long as it did.
Removed by the administrators is my guess. Probably after receiving threats of legal proceedings from Autel or its partners.
By the way, I wrote to Autel enquiring about updates for Volvo. Got a reply! Version V1.00 is the latest. Same for Opel.

HERE is a rumor going around Meat-City that aftermarket scanners lie

5 scanners put on one car, 3 said the same for live data, the other 2 said not this is a CONFIRMED rumor.

    An example of this was:

Non-start vechile was towed into Meat-Head-Motors a month ago.

It had a GENUINE dealer tool on it, just threw a wobbly every time, no good

The OBD Swiss Army penknife could only 'no faults', no live data
    nothing.

The Autel came up with one fault:
    "FUEL TEMPRETURE NOT PRESANT"
    EOBD live data,
    rpm 848,
    IAT 25 Deg C,
    fuel pressure 334 bar
    It also said
"Ag-a-doo-doo-doo, push pineapple, shake the tree
    Aga-doo-doo-doo, push pineapple, grind coffee
To the left, to the right, jump up and down and to the knees
Come and dance every night, sing with a hula melody"

So we naturally assumed that the "Anti-clank-rattle-hum-nogging damper"
bearings had collapsed, advise, send for testing.

LOTS of phone calls later nobody can test the "Anti-clank-rattle-hum-nogging damper" 400 notes for a new one.

The garage it was on belhalf of, managed to get a second-hand "Anti-clank-rattle-hum-nogging damper" for 200 notes, 3 ~~~~o mags and a 1990 copy of Viz

Programmed it in with their dealer level tool (worked this time)
Still no start. Turned out the fuel PRESSURE regulator had jambed open, NO fuel pressure!!!

    BEWARNED.

With the sofware being downloaded & sold on ebay, I think admin did the right thing.
