If you are using firefox do the following...
Tools > Options > Advanced > Network
Click Settings in the first box
Make sure either 'Auto Detect proxy settings' or 'Use system proxy settings' are selected.
If a manual proxy was being used you should now be able to access the net.
Download Malwarebytes, install & update it, run full system scan.
Update your anti virus & run a full system scan. If you have no anti virus software download Avast. Install & update before running the scan.Canker
