    Default Ccleaner

Ccleaner is a very useful tool for cleanup and registry backup as well.
It sounds as if you have other probs. when you say that uesing reg cleaner is very slow. It is not really wise to run too many different reg cleaners,I am assuming that you are testing for one that is suitable to your needs.

You should maybe get yourself Auslogic disk defrag., and give it a run, and allow it to fully optimise your disc, might just help the speed of your reg. cleaner.

Very true, not recommended to use multi registry cleaners. CCleaner is very good tool and does the job right.
