Possibily more people can understand your problem if you switched the operating language to English and try to generate the problem again.

changing the language in the language menu does not change, it still shows the original installation language, translated it is: wrong data from the portal, check the configuration. After reinstalling everything is the same. It can not be in the registry? thank you

Did you manually delete related folders from drive C and did clean up registry after uninstall?
If NO then do that and you should be OK.

Also. Was computer connected to the internet during registration process? If NO Then connect it when making registration.
