We want the dump, not the installer!

The installer is available free from Ross Tech.

Or..... Is this a modified installer and I can use it on my 908.0 clone cable? I don't think so.

I think it needs to be made clear, is this a fixed version for older clones. As above the software is freely available from RT.

Does NOT WORK, checked by myself on chinese cloned VAG908 and VAG912 cables, HW ver 1.81.

Software installs fine, drivers also, but when cable IS PLUGGED INTO CAR, software says: "Port found, ... not plugged into the car!".!!!!

So, what we really need here is FTDI and probably ATMEGA dump from VAG (VCDS) 10.06 chinese cable!
If someone has it, please share it!!???

I test this soft but,, doesnt work, i tried with 908 and 912 chinese cables and get the same error of baner, all ok but "Not plugged into a car!".

i tried with all 9XX drivers and i cant make work.

i've the original chinese software minicd with vag 908.1 and 912beta but these versions also doesnt work.

oh, so i can burn vagcom cables and kill my provider.

I've 3 cables 912... i'll check on windows xp virtual machine.
(at least one must work?)
