What AppId is it saying, you told me 252
The error message should tell you what the key is & what it is expecting

You need too delete this file Lic_key_2.dat

it is located in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LicDir

Also delete it from c:\windows if it exists

Then try entering the key again in starutils
