    Hi JIMMYQ,

what is the outcome of your cabel so far?
This problem sometimes happens when trying to upgrade clone cable and the firmare gets altered. You didn't try this, did you?
Yesterday we stood in front of the abyss. Today we'll move ahead.

If you need any repair manual, pm me- maybe I can help you.

    Hey guys!
Just bought the same cable (3.01) pluged it in (USB - ISO) instaled the drivers that were suplied and tried to use it but is doesnt work at all. It says "usb to k-line interface not found" tried again and again with out no succease.

I opened the cable found a FTDI and a ATMEGA chip and the green light is working. I asume that i have software problem.

    Can any one please help?

    Regards,
    Marku

Edit: adding a dump from my cable, is it ok? Or is it broken? Should i flash it to 2.5 version or not?
Edit no.2: Lol, found out that the 3.01 and the 2.5 do not have the same chips
    Thx

I use original VCDS_ROSS TECH and VAGTACHO 2.5 clone works well. With Windows_XP SP3.
