Best way to help you will be to know manufacture year of car and parts no (XXX XXX XXX) of instrument cluster. what is reason to swap cluster? procedure for swap cluster with
    Immo2
    Ross-Tech: VAG-COM: Immobilizer 2 Instrument Cluster Swapping
    Swapping on Immo3
    Ross-Tech: VAG-COM: Immobilizer 3 Instrument Cluster Swapping
    after
    Ross-Tech: VAG-COM: Immobilizer 3 Key Matching

    and general : Skoda Octavia (1U) - Ross-Tech Wiki

But if you don't have any cable, you can forget...

put immo3 dash to car and adapt like immo2.
most of the immo3 dash are compatible with immo2.
be aware that most of the immo3 dash have CAN. so sometimes rpm + km/h will not work.

immo off is crap solution because you get error in fis/mfa

i?ve tried 2 or 3 times to do this onto skoda octavia I to swap this clusters but every time looks like a christmas tree, moreover some functions does?t work....
Is not a good solution to deactivate immo.
Exchange only with compatible cluster is the best solution.

I swap cluster from simple to Fis many times and is not any problem if you good coding or change software. Only one problem is electric windows and mirrors, but I dont have time to discover this problem.
