Default Volvo Vida 2008c problem with communication tool parameters

Folks, I have a problem with seeing the communication tool page of Vida 2008C. After installed Vida on a PC with Windows XP, SP3 and I can see all other pages, except the page "Communication Tool". Please, take a look at the attached screenshots.
Can anyone help me to make this work without having to install a fresh Windows XP with SP2?

I tried the following, but without success:
    1. I wanted to uninstall IE7 and install IE6, but it seems that with SP3 this is not possible. Is Vida 2008c supposed to work with IE7?
    2. I downloaded and installed the latest JAVA, but still nothing .

    Default Hi,

    Why not use VIDA2010A?
    Try:
Add or Remove Programs: select VIDA click Change then Repair.
    VIDA Configurations: click save.
    IE7
Clear the cookies and temp files in IE.
Internet Options/Advanced Tab (Restore Advanced Settings) (Reset IE Settings)

You will have an Information Bar Security Warning starting VIDA ? Intranet Disabled? ?Add-On Disabled? select (Enable Intranet Settings, Run ActiveX Control)

    Or just install 2010A!

Please! Don?t forget the ?Thanks Button?

Yes, absolutely working, thanks a lot for the useful tips!
What I did to solve the problem:
    1. I ran the VIDA setup again and selected "Repair".
    2. Meanwhile, while the Repair process was in progress I also followed your advice about IE7 - Cleared the cookies and temp files in Internet Options/Advanced Tab (Restore Advanced Settings) (Reset IE Settings).

And the next time I started "Vida All-In-One" I could see the Communication Options. Thanks once again!

You need to clear your IE cache, delete cookies and temporary files.

Profile vehicle then click on ?ok?
    Diagnostic tab will be available.
To gain full access to diagnostics information VIN has to be read or manually put in.
