VOLVO V50 2.0D 136hp - Help with diagnostic

Hi

I have Volvo V50, 2.0d, 136hp, 2004yr in my workshop and engine cannot start!
I checked:
-Fuel
-ECU (behind front bumper)
-Fuses
-Relays
-DTC

ECU is Siemens SID 803
DTC in ecu:
-P0A09 (I cannot clear it)
-P1213 (Can clear, after cranking)
-P0563 (Can clear, after cranking)
-P2683 (Can clear, after cranking)
-P1213 (Can clear, after cranking)

Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong!

P0A09 - DC/DC Converter Status Circuit Low
P0563 - System Voltage High
P2683 - Engine Coolant Bypass Valve Control Circuit High
P1213 - ? Volvo specific

P0A09 is a very unusual DTC. It was not defined until 2007 and it is for hybrid cars.
P0563 may give a clue. Measure battery voltage.

What are you using to read these codes?

I have read DTC with:
OBD2 protocol (using VAG-COM) and I had same result:
P0A09 - DC/DC Converter Status Circuit Low



Then I have scan Ecu with Bosch kts and get these...
0A09- Injector output stage - signal too low
0563- Battery voltage - too high
2683- EGR - Bypass valve
1213- Injector output stage - signal faulty

What was the cause of a malfunction. I have a problem p1213 , replaced the ecu and no further fires.

What cause this p1213, very strange error, the engine doesnt start, change the ecu same fault. Someone can help?
